Milorad Dodik is the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the president of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (Савез независних социјалдемократа, Savez nezavisnih socijaldemokrata) political party. Dodik graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade.

Milorad Dodik has questioned the genocide in Srebrenica numerous times, but was only publicly condemned in February 2007 quickly after the ICJ verdict was read, when Dodik noted live on television that the Srebrenica massacre “was not a genocide, although it was a terrible crime.”
